Concrete Admix for Trailers

• The H-202-3A is a liquid admixture designed to keep the rock, sand, cement and water homogenized in the trailer from pickup point to pour site.

• This admix contains a water reducer, a retarder and 10 to 12% air.

• This admix may also be used like a super plasticizer.

• For use in continuous mixing trailers.

• For use in agitated and non-agitated trailers.

• For use in small batch concrete systems.

• For use with batch trucks when a super plasticizer is called for.

• Keeps concrete from separating or settling during transport.

• Flows and trowels easier.

• Reduces checking and cracking.

• Retards the set.

• Built-in curing and hardening agent.

• Increases compressive and flexural strengths.

• Add H-202-3A to the mixer with the first water to speed up dispersion and homogenization of the total mix. A water reduction of up to 5 gallons per cubic yard of concrete is expected depending on the rock and sand conditions in your area.

• For continuous mixers, set meter pump to dispense 8 fluid ounces over each cubic yard of concrete.

• Pre-tests should be made when using different manufacturer’s additives together.
